Systems Thinking

3-day workshop for middle managers

A practice-focused introduction to Systems Thinking that equips managers to make sense of complexity and intervene more effectively in their day-to-day work.

What to expect:

Develop a solid grounding in Systems Thinking as the Fifth Discipline, with awareness of the complementary learning disciplines
Apply Systems Thinking concepts and tools to diagnose and address complex organisational challenges

Leading with a Coaching Mindset

2-day workshop for middle managers

A practical workshop that equips managers with a coaching mindset and core conversational skills to develop their people, strengthen ownership, and raise day-to-day performance.

What to expect:

Build a coaching mindset that supports growth, accountability, and learning at work.
Gain clarity on what coaching is, when to use it, and how it complements managerial leadership.
Learn and practise core coaching skills, including listening, questioning, and enabling ownership.

Coaching Certification Pathway

Level 1 ACC Pathway Accreditation

A rigorous level 1 coaching programme that builds core coaching skills and sets you on a clear, structured pathway toward ACC credentialing. 

What to expect:

Build strong grounding in the ICF core competencies, understanding what ethical, professional coaching requires.
Practice full coaching sessions using multiple coaching models and frameworks.
A 2-day in-person intensive session where you practise skills & develop coaching fluency.
Participate in individual and group mentoring, where you will refine your coaching approach with expert guidance, including preparation for ACC certification with support of recording and support on preparation for the examination.

Level 2 PCC Pathway Accreditation

An advanced intensive programme that deepens your coaching mastery and equips you to confidently pursue PCC credentialing.

What to expect:

Level 3 MCC Pathway Accreditation

A mastery-level developmental journey that will refine your coaching to the next level as you progress toward MCC credentialing.

What to expect:

Develop advanced nuances in coaching at the MCC level.
Use sophisticated coaching frameworks that work at the level of identity, patterns, and long-term transformation.
Attend a 2-day in-person intensive, focusing on deep practice and high-quality feedback.
