Core Coaching Education
Live interactive coaching education sessions that encompass 4 Core Modules, setting the foundation of coaching, conversational mastery, and co-creative techniques.

Mentor Coaching
Learners are given invaluable opportunities to refine their coaching abilities under the guidance of experienced ICF-certified coaches, in both group and individual sessions.

Level 2 Final Performance Evaluation
Participants demonstrate their proficiency in the ICF Core Competencies and their ability to conduct impactful coaching conversations.

The program includes 125 hours of core coaching training, which covers masterclasses, practicums, mentor coaching, and assessments. Learners can also opt for up to 375 additional hours of elective courses to complement their learning.

To complete the Level 2 program, participants must:
Attend core coaching education.
Complete mentor coaching (minimum 12.5 group hours and 4.5 individual hours).
Successfully pass a performance evaluation at the PCC level.

Yes, the TCPC program provides 125 hours of Level 2 Coaching Education, fulfilling the training requirements for ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialing. Subsequently, learners can proceed to apply for their PCC.

In addition to completing the TCPC program, you will need:
ICF membership.
Successful completion of the ICF credential application process.
PCC Credentialing Exam
Additional costs for transcription services, additional coaching or mentoring or credential application fees may apply. These costs are not inclusive in the Level 2 programme.
